Pelvic Floor Treatment Session

Service Description

For established patients who have already completed an initial evaluation. Follow-up sessions are individualized based on your goals and treatment plan and may include therapeutic exercise, hands-on treatment, pelvic floor training, education, and progression of your home program. Treatment may address: - Pelvic floor muscle coordination and strength - Pain or muscle tension - Core and pelvic stability - Movement patterns related to daily activities, exercise, or pregnancy/postpartum recovery You will also receive a personalized home program to support your progress between sessions. Treatment plans are adjusted regularly based on your response and goals. An initial evaluation is required prior to follow-up treatment sessions.
